The Stillery’s Most Floral Gin is an organic, contemporary gin. The Stillery’s Gin is made with 18 local and very floral botanicals which can be found in and around Amsterdam. Our organic gin makes a great floral gin and tonic. The taste of rosehip and jasmine pleasantly stand out.
The Stillery’s most floral gin is distilled all at once, London dry style. The Gin is distilled from our grain-to-glass base spirit. Our Still is fully adapted to handle the fragile floral botanicals. In order to handle these tiny flowers, our master distiller Pascal, uses a special herb basket. This allows for the extraction of all the flowery essence. An endless summer in your glass is what The Stillery's Most Floral offers you.
As flowers bring color to the world so will this gin light up your afternoon. The gin & tonics made with The Stillery’s Gin are truly amazing. We recommend combining this Gin with a well-balanced neutral tonic of your choice. Garnish your GT with a thin slice of conference pear either fresh or dried in the oven. When it’s in season you could also go for a thin slice of rhubarb. Or when you’re feeling particularly lazy just be casual and throw in some blueberries.
All of our ingredients are always organic and locally sourced. So we chose a variety of flowers local to Amsterdam to spice up things. The ingredients range from the root of the rhubarb and angelica to the flowers of the common daisy, the purple mallow, the common poppy a bit of jasmine, and our personal favorite, rose hip. So treat yourself to this floral goodness and get a bottle!
Do you know what makes us proud? Getting recognition for hard work. We were awarded a gold medal in the 2020 Gin Masters hosted by The Spirits Business a UK-based Spirits platform. They said our gin was “complex and very nuanced”. Then in early 2021 we won another gold medal, this time in the World Spirits Competition in the category of contemporary gin. We called our moms right away.
