Our Rye Whisky represents more than just a spirit; it's a culmination of our relentless pursuit of perfection. We chose to embrace the full grain, avoiding filtration, and distilling of the grain, to ensure each bottle encapsulates the rye's authentic character. This method contributes to a whisky that's robust and full of depth. The extended fermentation time of up to two weeks, a critical aspect of our process, allows the flavors to develop complexity and richness. Our Rye Whisky unfolds a tapestry of taste: starting with a bold burst of cinnamon, it evolves into dried stone fruits like apricot and peach, and then a balanced blend of rye bread honey & marzipan, making each sip a discovery.

Our single cask, single rye whisky clinched an impressive trio of gold medals at the prestigious 2023 World Whiskies Awards. The Stillery Amsterdam Rye was crowned Gold, reigning supreme in the single cask single  rye category for 12 years and under.
